March Newsletter

Dear All,

Welcome to our March newsletter. First up, a few notes on the programme.

We have a great selection of films over the coming month, starting this week with Palme d'Or winner "Blue Is The Warmest Colour". Next up sees the re-release of Marc Singer's classic 2000 film; "Dark Days", documenting the seven years he spent with the "mole men" beneath New York city. After that; "Fill The Void", Rama Burshtein's moving tale of a young woman living within the strict confines of Tel Aviv's ultra-Orthodox community. Next month sees Alexander Payne ("About Schmidt", "Sideways") hitting the road again with "Nebraska", a comedy road movie with male disappointment it's central theme.

As always, full listings are available on the website.

We are thrilled to have been awarded Community Screen Scheme funding by Film Hub London that will enable Kids' Whirled to continue into 2015. The funding will allow us to carry on our great programme of family films and workshops for the next academic year. Well done to all of you that have attended, and a big thank you for your support, comments and vox pops. Keep on bringing your kids to Kids' Whirled!
