I am a fashion designer and costume maker and I'm looking to share my work space. I am looking for a fashion/textile/costume related artist/designer to share with preferably, or a desk space can be arranged for a small scale illustrator or dry media artist for example.

Equipment includes a large pattern cutting table, industrial sewing machine, full length mannequin and industrial steam iron. I also have various desks available and am flexible if you also have equipment or furniture you use, happy to move things out or around to best accommodate you. I'm looking for £150-200 per month depending on usage and equipment use.
