A friend of Whirled Art Studios has a metal working studio available to share with himself and his partner.

The space is in a railway arch and would Ideally suit a metal sculptor or fabricator. The studio would not suit woodworking due to dust etc. There is no natural light,but the studio is fitted with day light fluorescent tubes.

The Studio is available now and included within the cost are rates, water and electricity. A fee of 5 pounds is attached for the Wi-Fi. The size of the studio measures 10 x 4 x 3 m high and is located on the ground floor with roller shutter access.There is a toilet, sink and fridge etc.

The studio has limited access for vehicles during the day (9-5) and there is no parking available during these hours. The Local roads are restricted between the hours of 8.30 to 17.30 Free parking can be found but a five minute walk away.

Contract runs for a minimum of six months with one months notice thereafter.
